Rylan was awesome!! He is someone who actually cares about his customers. I called a few places around town, since I'm new to town, to check some rates for my 4Runner. Rylan took the time talking with me to see what was really going on. Everyone else just said a hi price and tried to push me off the phone... He understood I was a single dad and just needed a little help. He found out it was a different problem than I thought and saved me a lot of cash. Rylan was great! I was traveling into Colorado Springs from NM and the alternator warning light came on less than half way thru my trip. Couldn't find parts or help and so a friend in COS started calling around for help. Rylan took her call and it was super service from then on. The car was fixed the SAME day-in less than three hours after I arrived. No worries for the rest of our trip. Thanks for staying late. We needed service on our Ford F 350 and were stranded at Walmart and Mike came to our rescue ! We had been there for hours after a Walmart Supervisor decided to have a tech go under our truck and beat on the starter with a tool while he tried to turn the key to start it ! Smoke was coming out, smelling like rubber and wiring while I stood right there asking what is burning, they didn't even ask my permission. Needless to say, they burned up our starter. Mike from Lighthouse came and helped us get our truck back up and running !! Not only that but he made Walmart file an insurance claim for us ! What wonderful people these folks are, they genuinely CARE about people, and treat you with Respect ! THANK YOU LIGHTHOUSE... THANK YOU MIKE... Customers for LIFE !
