If I could give a big hug and kiss to one of mechanics, I would, I came in on June 13 with the battery acting up. Kellan said the battery was going bad and was going to cost $171.00. I called another company and it quoted $110. Kellan matched that price. Great Job guys!

I've been coming to Lighthouse Automotive for the past three years. I go to school here in Colorado and Rylan and his crew have been helpful and transparent the whole way through. I had to have some major engine work done with them and after going through various options with me we made a decision together. Later, even beyond this repair, I was driving out to New Jersey in the car they had serviced. In the middle of Nebraska, my battery gave out. Not knowing what to do, I gave Rylan a call. Rylan was able to walk me through the problem, give me advice about how and where locally to get a diagnosis and I managed to get everything sorted out by the following morning. He even called me back the following morning to walk me through the steps, make sure I wasn't getting swindled by the jargon. This is a business that really cares about the work it does and understands the importance of relationship in customer service. I've been happy with my years here while in school and I look forward to going back to them to give my car one final inspection before my graduation.

Light House Automotive so glad you found them. This is the one stop shopping for all your automotive needs. I took my van to breaks plus, who said I needed new rotors and break pads. They took the time to SHOW me that my breaks weren't as bad as they said they were. They also explained to me about the difference between good quality parts and a few dollars cheaper. I may have a cheaper quote but could be dealing with the same break problems again in the next few mos. More money spent and more time dealing with the same things. They also guarantee there work. They also explained to me about cheap oil changes, they come from the drum barrels. They only use the best quality stuff, explaining how it will keep your vehicle running better and longer. I don't know about you, but the way times are tough now and all the madness and precious cargo we are caring on the roads,I wouldn't just trust my vehicle to just anyone. If your reading this and just moving here for one reason or another. I'm so glad you are intelligent enough to read the reviews on where to take all of your automotive needs. Had some minor repairs done to my Jeep here, was really impressed with the customer service and cost of repairs. Highly recommend over our last shop experience!

I flew to Colorado Springs to see a small RV for sale. It was being sold "as is" so I took it to Lighthouse to have it checked out. They went over it from stem to stern and gave me an itemized list I took to the dealership and had that amount deducted from the selling price. Then I took it back to Rylan and had the work done. Scot did a great job on the RV and I had a safe 1000 mile trip home with the RV. Rylan even called me to make sure I made it home OK!

Car was overheating and wasn't sure what was wrong, but needed my car by Monday. Called around to a few auto shops some listing price really high just for a diagnosis of the issue and they wouldn't be able to have by Monday. I then called Lighthouse Automotive someone answered right away. I explained my situation not only were they nice and helpful, they made time for me to bring it down the day of to be looked at and promised to have by my needed date. Not only did they meet but they surpassed my expectation, I was able to get my car back working great the following day. While some shops try to add in little things to their charges or stating extra work is needed. Lighthouse Automotive did none of that they explained everything they did on my vehicle and gave me a very fair price for the work. Will definitely be going back and recommending to friends and family.

These guys know classic cars! I searched and searched to find the right shop and these guys knew what I wanted done and could do it in the time needed. They did an awesome job and their customer service is second to none! Lighthouse Automotive highly recommended!
