This is the best service we have had in a long time. Went in needing a big job for our Dakota rt, and expecting to pay money I couldn't afford at the time. I was not only greeted with great customer service but given affordable options to my problem which I really appreciate. These guys really care about customer service and are not looking to rip you off. Will definitely go back with any future car issues.

I highly recommend Lighthouse Automotive. I've been dealing with nightmare auto insurance claim and Rylan has taken the weight off my shoulders. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. After speaking with them, it's obvious they care about the condition of your vehicle. Lighthouse Automotive was a beacon in the darkness. I bring all my vehicles them and will continue to do so. You can trust the guys at Lighthouse.

They do good work

These guys are Crooks and will take you for a ride I thought I could trust them when they quoted me a price on a job they were $200 higher than Firestone and $300 higher than most other shops that I found that offered a lesser price when I confronted him about the price he played stupid and went oh I misunderstood no he did not misunderstand if you go to this place make sure you have many other estimates on work you're getting done just a warning and I do not recommend this place.

Great guys who always have your best intrest in mind! If its a project they havent tackled before they will figure it out and get it done RIGHT the first time!

I had major problems with my engine and took it to my usual shop. I felt like my shop was not being very honest so I had them put the engine back together and I towed it to Lighthouse. I had had a conversation with the owner of Lighthouse years ago and decided to try them out now. Lighthouse's estimate was fair and lower than the first shop. The job ended up taking longer than expected but Lighthouse was being very cautious about the low mileage engine they were going to swap in. They rejected two engines shipped to them because those engines did not meet their standard. The one they finally put in was relatively new. They replaced things that need to be replaced before putting the engine in and did the whole job for exactly what they estimated. The car drove great! Shortly after, my car began having problems starting. They spent 2 hours looking for the problem, found it, owned it, fixed it, and tested it 15 times! With no charge to me. I can't say enough about these guys. When you find a shop this honest and thorough, you keep them. They get my highest recommendation.

Looking for the right mechanic? This is your place! Being new to cars, running on a tight budget and being a girl in her early 20's with no knowledge of cars, it was difficult for me to locate a trustworthy mechanic who I could rely on without getting ripped off. After calling several places, I decided to call Lighthouse Auto back because of the respect I received over the phone was the most welcoming compared to all the other places! Rylan, the shop owner, was ever so kind and treats his guests with such loyalty and as an individual rather than a customer. Such a nice, and knowledgable man! He was very honest about my old van (1990) but managed to work with me on a budget and get me safely back on the road. Not only did he provide me with top notch customer service, he went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help me out in a rough situation I was going through at the time. He guided me through all of the repairs, the payment process, and even learned more about my own van. I couldn't thank him enough for valuing me as a person, my safety, and my vehicle. Honestly, has helped me turn my life around in such a positive direction! I now have a go-to, reliable and trustworthy mechanic. Thank you Rylan, his wife, employees, and his hardworking mechanics!

I love these guys, they are extremely fair in price, they don't yank your chain or lie just to get your buisness.. they are truthful and honest, and do great work....

This has been the best Auto Repair service i have ever had. Being a young woman i often get over charged..or missed diagnostics! Rylan and Gary over at lighthouse have been a pleasure to work with. Professional and caring!! The wait wasnt long as all the others hours and hours out. I do recommended this auto repair shop to any one in need of a repair. What beats any other facility is customer service! 10 star rating. I will return for all other car needs

What a pleasant and qualified staff both in the office and shop. they put in extra time on my complex electrical problem and never called for additional funds and only charged me the original estimate. They also had to call around the US to even find the components needed for this out of production 2001 Saturn. cannot express my gratitude to Rylan and his crew enough Lighthouse Auto deserves 10 Stars
