Outstanding service! I used Lighthouse Automotive for the first time today. I needed an urgent repair and no one else in the Springs could schedule me sooner than a week. Raylin and his team were very helpful, getting me in the next day and resolving the problem in less than 3 hours at a reasonable cost. They will definitely be my first call for my future auto service needs. Highly recommended.

not only was the service above and beyond exceptional but they did everything they could to get us out the same day so we didn’t have issues getting to work the next day they worked with us for payment and I highly recommend this facility 100 times over. it feels good to know that my car was in good hands and they did an excellent job fixing it. I called Lighthouse about my parking lights being on all the time. My wife called just before closing time on a Saturday. The manager called me back right away the following Monday and told me how to fix the problem over the phone! His solution worked! It saved me money!! The people at Lighthouse are awesome and we highly recommend them too. I would also add as a side note that my wife called another automotive place on 8th street and they did not even call us back about the problem.

My 2002 Mazda had a problem with the air bag light blinking constantly. I had taken her to two shops before I took to Lighthouse. Neither of the two shops could get a diagnostic read and the second shop was an overall bad experience with a rude and childish service guy. I was going to just leave it as is but felt unsafe driving. I found Lighthouse Automotive on Google and called to ask if they might be able to help. I spoke with Kevin who was very nice over the phone and he took some time to try and understand what might be going on and he also had an idea about what the code meant that the light was flashing. When I brought my car in I was greeted by Rylan who was very polite and engaging. Their machine was unable to get a reading as well, but Kevin decided to check some wiring under the seat and he found some issue with that so he worked on the wiring and drove around for several miles to make sure that was the fix. So far, so good...no more blinking light and I feel safer driving now. I am very happy with these guys and I will be bringing my business to them in the future. I've owned my car since she was brand new and hope to keep her going another 115k miles. Thanks guys, and to everyone reading, I highly recommend Lighthouse Automotive.
