As always great service. I dropped my car off for a next day appointment for an oil change. They went ahead and completed the oil change right away same day to save me a trip and the inconvenience of being with out my car. I was recommended to Lighthouse Automotive from a good friend of mine. She had spoken very highly of your business. On the 25th of March i had my car towed to your facility. because it happened do late in the day the car was partially looked at that day and then on 3/28. That point I received an thoroughly detailed email and a text message on the results of the findings and some options. I was also asked to give Kevin a call. Spoke to another co-worker at the time who explained what needed to be done . As I am not financially capable at this time to have the work done they recommended, plus I still owe $2,905.05 on the car that has 200,00 miles on it, I will be car shopping this up coming weekend. I appreciate them as a whole and their professionalism and getting my car in to be checked in a very timely order. I will highly recommend to people in the future. Light automotive is by far the best automotive shop I have ever been too. The staff was very helpful and they worked my vehicle in almost immediately. They fix something that other shops couldn’t.
