After given an outrageous quote from brakes plus, I was seeking a second opinion. Even over the phone, i immediately felt relief. I went in the next day for these guys to tell me that brakes plus were liars, and took the time to show me the true condition of my car. I truly appreciate their honesty and the prices that are reasonable. I’ll be going here from now on!

I bought this VW Rabbit and the check engine light came on, the vacuum pump started leaking oil, and the instrument cluster needed to be replaced. I took it to Lighthouse and they diagnosed the check engine light and found some other things needing to be replaced that the VW dealership missed or neglected. They fixed everything listed above in well respected time frame. They did have to wait a few days on the instrument cluster to be shipped and a gasket but as soon as the parts came in the work was completed. We got the Rabbit back and it runs great and my son loves it. I wholeheartedly recommend Lighthouse Automotive.

Rylan was very kind, I explained my situation and he was open and honest about prices and getting my AC fixed, he didn't just try to squeeze money out of me, he knew I was in a tight spot with my dogs while living in my vehicle. I honestly recommend this place. Knowing that there are people out there who care more about helping community and not just making money makes me feel better for sure!
