Colorado Springs Auto Repair

Very grateful we found this repair shop. While traveling to Colorado Springs our AC went out. Temperatures were triple digit and needless to say we were miserable. Called several repair shops and none of them could get us in till the following week. Finally we found Lighthouse automotive. I was totally prepared to be given a ridiculous price to fix our AC since we were traveling and needed help fast. That was not the case at all. They got us in that same morning we called and gave us a discount too! Very impressed with the work and the timeline they are absolutely the best as far as we are concerned. They treated us with great respect and explained what was needed to fix our vehicle. So very grateful and happy that we did not have to drive back home without AC. If we ever need help again in Colorado Springs Lighthouse Automotive will be our first and only choice for they already won our trust..

Lighthouse is amazing! They are very knowledgeable about electrical work, which was very important in this case. On top of that, they were excellent with both insurance companies involved, taking time to explain complicated electrical information and take pictures to document the damage. They also helped arrange a tow, made sure I knew exactly what to expect, and were patient while we worked with the insurance. 10/10, I will absolutely be back!! And Rylan is awesome!

My friend and I were traveling to the springs, and our car died in Limon. We had our car towed to Colorado Springs. I called several places, and was told they didn’t have any availability until 4 days later. Not this place! It was 3:30 in the afternoon, and they got us right in. Everyone was friendly and sympathetic for our situation. Then even offered to drive us to our lodging. Thinking it was going to take 2-3 days to get our car fixed, I was wrong. They had us up and going the next morning. They were honest, reasonable (which they could have taken advantage of our desperation), and absolutely amazing. The downfall of this place, it isn’t located near our home. IF YOU NEED CAR SERVICE, YOU NEED TO GO HERE!!!!

They care and they deliver. I've moved from AZ to Colorado and bought used pick up truck. Ryland and his techs took care of my problems on no notice.
