My car is difficult to fix. They did my car and did a fantastic job. They were very timely in getting my car completed. Thier focus and attention to detail is comforting.

Just moved to Colorado and had to find a good mechanic. The Lighthouse team did a thorough diagnosis and was upfront about findings and cost. The work was done professionally and all old parts saved for my review (rare but appreciated detail). Overall the service was great and the team was honest. I had called Lighthouse Automotive because the key to my truck kept getting jammed in the ignition. Rylan promptly ordered the part and scheduled an appointment for today, January 21st. Even though his technician, Gary, wound up sick shortly after we made the appointment, Rylan, the owner, came in himself to repair my truck. This was huge for me because I drive all over Colorado for work, every long drive could have easily left me stranded in the middle of nowhere, and Thursdays are my only day off through the week. Rylan saved me a nightmare and was very respectful and reasonable throughout the experience. I know the world has gotten crazier and crazier each day, especially for small businesses. In spite of that, Lighthouse Automotive did good by me quickly and for a fair price. Thanks Lighthouse!

I am so grateful for this auto repair facility. My car broke down on the side of the road on my way to an interview. I walked into the repair shop extremely worried. Raylan was really nice and made me feel comfortable leaving my car with them(Ive had bad experiences in the past with other places) He understood that I had limited funds due to being unemployed and other events. He helped by cutting the my cost where he could, and made sure my car was fixed properly so I wouldn't have to worry. I didn't feel like he was trying to hustle me by adding more charges. He did everything possible through communicating with me to make sure nothing was completed without my approval. I definitely will be return for the other things that are needed to be fixed on my car. Raylan was kind and understanding. The price I paid for him fixing my vehicle was reasonable and fair. The time and work he put into my car is well appreciated. When I came to pick my car up his wife was also there and she also made me feel great about the service at there auto mechanic shop.
