Jasper recently visited LightHouse Automotive in Colorado Springs to get some work done on his car. This was the first time he had been to our shop, and he walked away very happy according to his Google review.
"I'd give this repair shop a big fat 10 stars!!!!" Jasper wrote. "They worked with me in every way they could, which was very, very helpful. Got my car fixed as fast as they could and it's been running great."
One issue that Jasper did run into was coordinating his personal schedule with our business hours. At LightHouse Automotive, we understand that our customers live busy lives. They don't always have time to deal with auto repairs because of work, family and other obligations. That's why we always do our best to accommodate our customers and make efforts to work around their busy schedules.
In Jasper's case, he could only come in on a weekend to pick up his car after the repair work was completed. LightHouse Automotive owner, Rylan Blair, was there to greet him when the time came.
"They're closed on the weekend, but the man running the shop came in on a Saturday specifically for me, so I could pay him and get my car back," Jasper adds. "I'm extremely satisfied and I told him I'd let Google know that this is the go-to auto shop in Colorado Springs. The least I could do for the help they gave me! You won't be disappointed."
