Subaru Owner Finds Honest and Accurate Auto Repair Services at LightHouse Automotive

Tommy is a longtime Subaru owner and he has lived in Colorado Springs for more than 30 years. Because he’s been pretty loyal to that vehicle brand throughout his life, he used to trust the local dealership and auto repair/service chains. However, Tommy recently decided to declare his independence and bring his Outback to LightHouse Automotive —a family-owned and operated Colorado Springs business. He wanted a second opinion on his suspension problems because the “other guys” quoted him a very high repair estimate.

“These guys are the best I have experienced in a LONG time.” Tommy writes in his Google reviews. “I will not be using the brand name groups ever again. Rylan [Blair, Owner of LightHouse Automotive] saved me hundreds, possibly more, by being honest and showing me why I did not need the work and parts another group flat-out lied on regarding my suspension.”

In addition to his suspension, Rylan and the expert auto repair team at LightHouse Automotive inspected Tommy’s brakes and some other components to make sure all the details were covered. Sometimes, it’s a combination of things that may cause problems in a car or the issue can be isolated to just one faulty part. We take the time to inspect everything to get to the root of the problem and provide the right repair recommendations to our customers. In Tommy’s case, the brakes turned out to be the more significant problem and the recommended brake repairs were much less complicated and expensive than the other shops suggested for the suspension.

“The brakes on my car are the smoothest, most consistent I have ever had in the 11 years of owning my Outback. FACT.” Tommy adds. “Now driving on it for many miles he was exactly correct. I did NOT need the hundreds of dollars of suspension work done.”

Thank you Tommy for the feedback. We were happy to help repair your Subaru Outback and the entire team at LightHouse Automotive looks forward to serving your auto repair and maintenance needs in the future.

“I can’t say enough about the quality, service and pride I have received from Rylan and his staff,” Tommy concludes. “30+ year resident in Colorado Springs and I have found my auto shop for my Subaru Outback as they do EVERYTHING car and engine related. Awesome shop and staff. LightHouse is my go-to auto shop!!”
