It's too bad that it had to come to this, but we see it all the time. Someone else does a poor repair job that we have to fix or completely redo. In Dana's case, it was totally messed up, so we essentially had to start over from scratch to perform the repair that the other shop had attempted—and failed—to complete. This time, however, Rylan Blair and the dedicated team at LightHouse Automotive were committed to getting the job done right. That is always our priority.
"Although I had to pay for the same work plus a few more items, I didn't mind," Dana adds. "The owner [Rylan] worked with me regarding parts and price. Very honest and they do more than exceptional work."
