LightHouse Automotive Helps Install Custom Dual Exhaust for Happy Customer

Exhaust Service | LightHouse Automotive

Raymond wanted to make some upgrades to his 1994 Chevy Silverado. More specifically, he was looking to install a new custom exhaust system. Raymond had heard good things about LightHouse Automotive in Colorado Springs, and he learned that we are known for our exhaust expertise. Owner Rylan Blair is very passionate about exhaust repair and skilled at custom exhaust work. It's one of many specialty automotive services available at our shop.

"I took my '94 Silverado LightHouse for a custom dual exhaust," Raymond says. "I am very picky and hard to please. Ryland and his crew bent over backwards, and earned my business the good old fashioned way. He totally reworked my exhaust and it sounds incredible."

The work on Raymond's truck was very customized. It can be tricky working on a vehicle that is over 20 years old. In theory, it may seem simple to remove the old exhaust system and install new parts. However, you never know what to expect once you get under the vehicle. Rylan and the LightHouse Automotive team of auto repair technicians had to carefully plan out how the new exhaust system would fit. Conversions had to be made to switch to a dual exhaust layout. New brackets and connectors had to be installed and all the components under the truck had to be factored in to make sure everything would fit together properly and the exhaust system would perform as desired.

In the end, LightHouse Automotive installed a fully customized exhaust system in Raymond's truck. It featured a dual Magnaflow design, high-flow catalytic converters, two 26-inch resonators and rolled tips. It took a lot of work and adjustments to get it working and sounding just right, but that's what our automotive repair experts do best.

"Now onto the next step," adds Raymond, "and I'm glad to say it'll be done at LightHouse."
