Dodge Owner Gets Coolant Leak Fixed at LightHouse Automotive

November 4, 2019

Patty has had her Dodge Durango for many years, so it's needed plenty of maintenance and repairs for as long as she's owned it. Recently, she was having some cooling system problems, so she took it to the Colorado Springs auto repair shop she trusted. Patty has been to LightHouse Automotive in the past, so she knew she could count on Rylan Blair and our team to get the job done right.

"I have had my 2003 Dodge Durango in Rylan's shop a couple of times," Patty writes in her recent Google review. "They are always professional and honest."

When an older vehicle like Patty's comes into the LightHouse Automotive shop, we always want to give it a little extra attention. We look everything over carefully to make sure there are no potential problems and that the vehicle is safe to get back on the road.

After the initial inspection, it was discovered that the Durango had a radiator coolant (antifreeze) leak. When this is happening, it is important to identify where the leak is coming from. It could be a crack in the radiator itself or one of the fluid lines may be damaged. Or, one of the cooling system parts such as the water pump may be the issue. Thankfully, in Patty's case it wasn't anything too major, so our automotive technicians were able to repair the problem quickly and get the coolant level refilled with fresh fluid.

"Driving an older vehicle with high miles, it's a relief to know I can count on an honest and detailed auto repair shop," Patty adds. "Thanks for saving me again by finding and repairing my antifreeze leak."

Thank you, Patty, for continually putting your faith in LightHouse Automotive. We appreciate your business and for taking the time to post a review online!
