Doing Our Best to Keep You Safe

May 13, 2020

When you own an auto repair shop, safety always has to be the number one priority. We need to make sure our staff is safe with the best possible training, equipment and work environment. We need to make sure our customers are safe, which is why we put such care into our automotive repairs. We never want vehicles out on the road that aren't safe to drive.

New Safety Measures

Now, we have new safety threats to deal with because of COVID-19. Colorado is gradually opening back up for business and that means more drivers on the roads of Colorado Springs. We've been fortunate enough to stay open throughout this ordeal, but we expect things to get busier at the shop as everyone else starts to get back to work in our community.

However, we still have to play it safe and continue taking the necessary precautions to help prevent the spread of coronavirus. We have to take every step we can to protect our staff and our customers during these unusual times. This means enforcing social distancing measures and implementing strict sanitization procedures throughout our facility.

How Can We Help?

It also means going the extra mile to help customers in need. People who are sick or in high-risk groups should continue to stay home as much as possible. If you need your vehicle picked up or delivered, call LightHouse Automotive and let us know how we can help. If you prefer to drop off your car after hours to avoid personal contact, we will coordinate with you and your schedule to make the process as convenient and stress-free as possible. We keep our shop very clean and we carefully disinfect vehicles as they come in and out of the service bays.

Set Your Service Appointment

We do recommend that you schedule your service appointment in advance, so we can minimize crowds and back-ups. Please call ahead or use our online booking page to set your appointment day and time.

If there are any other ways we can help or provide the little extra peace of mind that we all need these days, just let us know. LightHouse Automotive is proud to be part of the Colorado Springs community and we will continue to do our part to serve our customers with the safety and quality standards they deserve.
